We don’t just work here, we also live here, and have been a part of the community since our patriarch, Lawrence Vasilak, planted his roots in Hamilton over 75 years ago.

Najim from Hamco has worked with us a few times and has always been very professional and helpful. Today he came in to make an adjustment to our backyard gas line so we can properly install our barbecue. He was able to trouble shoot and come up with a solution to connect our older barbecue and have it work within a few minutes. Thank you Najim!

On one of the coldest days in February on a weekend my furnace stopped working. I called Hamco because they do yearly maintenance checks. Derek called me immediately to discuss the problem and within an hour he arrived. There was a problem with the pressure switch and he fixed it. That was a temporary fix until a new pressure switch was ordered and installed this week. Derek was a life saver that weekend. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Derek came by to install a new intake and exhaust for our boiler. He did excellent, tidy work and finished quickly. Before starting, he clearly communicated his plan and asked for my preferences. I appreciated that he left the are clean afterwards, which seems to be rare when people are undertaking work outside.

I had 3 air conditioners/heating installed. Jordan came to initially assess the situation. He is a very polite and thorough person. Once confirmed, his crew came to install the units. It was pouring rain& they not once complained. They worked diligently and effortlessly to install the units inside and out.They were all so polite and cleaned up after the job was done. Derek was very helpful in assisting me to choose which model of thermostat would best meet my needs. As he was installing it, he explained every step and how I need to maintain it going into the future. He was very safety conscious in instructing me about turning on and off the electricity, as he did. I appreciated his awareness of costs and quality of products. I cannot say enough good things about Stefan, Jordan, and the entire Hamco team. This is a team with as much integrity as they have expertise.We were experiencing intermittent outages and error codes on our 12 year old Viessmann boiler and after a competitor had been called out 3 times in the course of a week to fix it and told me I had to replace the whole thing I called Hamco to compare pricing.Not only did Hamco come in 50% cheaper than the competition on the quote to install a replacement the very next day, they encouraged me to let their tech take a look at the boiler first to confirm it in fact needed replacing.Stefan came out same day, exactly when they said he would and gave the boiler a full once over. He pulled it apart, checked the probes and ignitor, cleaned every nook and cranny, reassembled everything and flashed it back up. It's been burning hot since with no issues. Didn't even need replacement parts, let alone to be replaced outright!Thank you, Hamco. Jordan, Stefan and team will definitely be my first call for any and all our boiler and radiator needs moving forward!

Had Murray and Shamar install a HWT in our condo unit. Not an easy install by any means as it required a venting pipe upgrade to the buildings outside wall. The boys got it done and cleaned everything up really well. Thanks to Jordan our estimator for a very competitive quote which certainly helped in getting this over the line!

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning, and Derek came out and gave an honest assessment of the situation (22 year-old furnace, so it was not surprising it had given up the ghost), and on the following Monday morning we had a new Daikin furnace installed, which is working great! Great experience with the sales and installation staff. They even loaned us a few space heaters to get us through the weekend dealing with sub-zero temperatures! Will not hesitate to work with Hamco again!

We recently connected with Hamco to inspect our boiler. We discovered serious CO2 issues and required immediate support given the cold January weather. Najim gave us a quote for a new condo boiler/ water heater, providing a competitive quote and arranging for immediate installation. Adam F and Shamar arrived the next day to take care of the challenging installation. After 10 hours of effort they left us with a warm, spotless home. They were highly skilled, efficient and courteous. We are VERY impressed with the entire Hamco team and highly recommend them.

We had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by Hamco 7 years ago. We get both units serviced annually by Hamco. The technicians have always been very friendly, courteous, and professional. This year, there was a leak in the water line leading to the humidifier on the furnace. Hamco advised me that this was not covered by the furnace warranty. Regardless, they agreed to fix the problem without charge. Derek was great and he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

We just had a second furnace installed through Hamco. The AC will be installed on Thursday. Veronica and Victor arrived to our home as promised the day before by Steve, the tech who diagnosed our 14 year old furnace needed replacement. So appreciative of the service. I would recommend Hamco to anyone who wishes to experience great customer service and workmanship.

HAMCO was able to schedule an install for my water heater within a week's time and the work was done very fast and they cleaned up well. I'm very happy to have had HAMCO replace the Reliance water heater rental in my house and I will be seeking their services in the future for other heating/cooling work if I need it. They were also very flexible about hanging on to the rental unit and returning it for me, which I appreciate very much.

We had Hamco supply and install a new residential boiler and indirect water heater at the end of September and could not be more pleased with the result. Jordan, the estimator, patiently explained our equipment options, provided references for work done in our neighbourhood, and responded promptly to further queries. The price he quoted was far below that of other firms. As residential jobs go, this was a large one and a crew of four was here for two long days getting it done. Under crew leader Justin’s management, the job went very well and any questions of ours were addressed immediately. Clean-up at the end of the job was well done and all scrap (two old boilers, a water heater tank, piping) was removed. Our home was left in excellent condition. With this review, we want to thank Hamco for a job well done, and wish to encourage potential customers to hire them. We would use them again without hesitation.
