Starting with how quickly you came to solve our problem to the in depth knowledge Andrew gave me so I could make an informed furnace decision and finally the care taken in the actual installation I am VERY impressed. My father had a furnace A/C installed today. I just wanted to drop you a note and say that my husband, father & myself were really impressed with every person we had contact with at Hamco. The first man who did the service & set up the sales call provided good advice. Waylon provided great knowledge, advice & service. Murray, who installed my dad's system 27 years ago also, the two lads that worked with him, had a long & dirty day & left the place clean! They did a brilliant job & were very kind to my old dad. I'm sorry that I didn't get there names but all concerned deserve a job well done.

On Monday evening, November 17, 2014, your serviceman Brad came to our house because we had no heat in the house. When he telephoned to say when he was coming, he was very courteous. At our house, he was able to resolve the problem and when I asked some questions, took the time to give explanations. A serviceperson like Brad gives your company a good reputation.
